Institutional Access

Procurement & Hospital Systems

  • Direct experience inside hospital procurement — Canadian and US systems
  • Managed and executed over $50M in healthcare contracts across the institutional landscape
  • Fluency in large-scale RFPs and government contracting at provincial and national levels
  • Relationships on both the supplier and buyer side of institutional healthcare

Healthcare Oversight

Clinical & Global Public Health

  • Physician-led clinical governance and verification standards
  • Advisory experience with the Public Health Agency of Canada
  • Background across infectious disease, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance
  • Trusted public-health voice through COVID and beyond

Commercial Infrastructure

Distribution & Network Access

  • 18+ years of experience in commercial supply and international trade
  • Operating-business background across construction, materials, and logistics
  • Established network of institutional buyer relationships
  • Capital and commercial perspective shaped by running real ventures

Why Atlas. Why Us. Why Now.

Three Perspectives. One Operating Model.

  • Built by operators who have lived inside the institutional system — not consultants describing it from the outside
  • Independent clinical, commercial, and procurement seats at the same table — accountability designed in, not bolted on
  • A network that took careers to build, brought together to solve a problem none of us could solve alone
  • The right team, the right structure, at the moment the institutional gap is widest

Quality System Regulation

Feb 2, 2026

QMSR

ISO 13485:2016 Mandatory

ISO 13485:2016 is the international quality management standard for medical devices. As of February 2, 2026, the FDA adopted it as the foundation of its Quality Management System Regulation (QMSR). It is now the operating standard every supplier into the US market is required to meet.

What This Means for Institutional Buyers

  • Trust supplier certificationsVerify compliance continuously
  • Audit at final inspectionMonitor across full lifecycle
  • Accept supplier documentationAuthenticate every document
  • Reactive quality controlProactive compliance infrastructure

How the Standard Is Built

ISO 13485:2016 is organized into eight clauses. The first three set the foundation — scope, references, and definitions. The next five define the operational requirements every supplier must implement and prove.

How We Built Around It

AGP's 8-Gate systemwas designed as the operational counterpart to the five operational clauses. Every one of the 69 auditable subclauses maps to at least one gate in our process — turning a regulatory standard into a working quality infrastructure.

Already Approved

Six categories. Thousands of SKUs. All vetted and live in the AGP system today — not a roadmap, not a promise.

Same 8-Gate, Every SKU

Every product in every category clears the same 8-Gate verification chain. No category enters on relationship.

Full Surgical Episode

Sterile field through orthopedic implant through post-op consumables. One catalog covers the surgical episode end-to-end.

Extensible By Design

The wheel is the starting point, not the ceiling. Hospital-requested categories enter through the same 8-Gate before they're listed.

AGP 4-layer infrastructure stack
The AGP Architecture

Four layers.
One integrated system.

Every order moves through the same four operational layers. Each layer has a defined purpose. The 8-Gate System lives inside this architecture — sourcing through delivery.

01
Global Network
Sourcing across six regions — North America, Europe, APAC, MENA, LATAM, and Africa — engineered for multi-region redundancy. No single-country dependency.
02
Verified Manufacturers
Suppliers are qualified before any order moves — capability, compliance, and capacity reviewed up front.
03
Documentation & Logistics
Every handoff is documented and authenticated, from production records to shipment custody.
04
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Continuous checks across the build — not just a final inspection — aligned to ISO 13485:2016 and QMSR.

Four layers. One accountable partner. End-to-end, from sourcing to receiving.

01

The Standard

ISO 13485:2016 — 8 clauses, 68 subclauses. The full regulatory landscape every supplier must satisfy.

02

8 Gates

Every clause translated into an enforceable checkpoint. Nothing advances until each gate is verified and signed off.

03

4 Operational Layers

Network, Manufacturers, Documentation, and Systems & Processes — the architecture that holds the gates and runs the work.

04

5 Risk Areas Unified

Quality, Logistics, Financial, Compliance, and Supply Chain — historically managed in silos, now controlled inside one system.

05

One Accountable Partner

Every gap, vendor, document, and risk consolidated under a single point of accountability — sourcing through delivery.
